Update your Device to OS 2.2 to ensure the best performance and compability with all of our titles

To Update to iPhone and iPod Touch OS 2.2 launch "iTunes" and plug in your iPhone or iPod Touch. Click on your iPhone or iPod Touch listed in the "Devices" section of iTunes. Click on the "Check for Update" button in iTunes. This will download and install the latest OS for your device.

iPhone & iPod Touch Games and Applications will not launch

If you tap on a iPhone or iPod Touch game to launch it, and it immediately quits on you, then you want to delete the program from your device and reinstall it.  To do this, tap and hold your finger down on the application icon.  The icons will begin to wiggle after a few seconds and a large "X" will appear on the top left corner of the app.  Release your finger and then tap on the "X" to delete the program.  You will be asked to confirm.  You may then  re-install the Game or Application.  To do this you an re-sync your device with iTunes or you can Download the program from the App Store on your device.

You will NOT be charged if you download an iPhone or iPod game or application more than once

Why is this happening?  This issue is related to the FairPlay DRM Apple uses to secure Music, Movies and Applications.  Sometimes it fails to realize that you purchased a game or application. By re-installing the application, you help the device realize you own the program.

iPhone & iPod Touch Games and Applications crash after they start

The iPhone & iPod Touch have a limited amount of memory (RAM) to run games and applications.  Sometimes the memory becomes full and cannot load anymore files.  Fortunately you can correct this in about 10 seconds.  Simply click and hold the Power button (the button located on the top of the iPhone or iPod Touch) after a few seconds, the Phone will change to a screen telling you to swipe to power off.  Do this and the phone will turn off.  Wait about 10 seconds then press and hold the "Home Button" (the square shaped button on the face of the phone) to turn the phone back on.  In a few seconds you will be up and running.  Your phone's memory (RAM) has been cleared out and plenty is available for you to play games, listen to music and watch movies hassle free.
